Garden Game: 3.5 stars=1 MAJOR GLITCH keeps from being 5 stars

The major Robles with this game is that if your game gets deleted, weather on purpose or accidental (my dog kept string on my screen while I was sleeping one night and this game and 2 other apps somehow got deleted) when I re-downloaded the This is app and followed the instructions to restore ALL purchases, which I had all seeds completely unlocked & usable, and all the pots unlocked & full of flowers. However, once the game "restored all purchases" it has ALL seeds locked and having to be earned again, except for the freebee packets, and it showing I only have 2 of the 4 pot screens and the last 2 are $.99/each, which Ive already spent. Plus when I went to the website for help, there is NO place to ask for help. Just a facts page, blog page and about page.
Other then the above Ive actually loved the game.
I LOVE the feature where you can sprinkle something over the flowers and they change colors.
